We are part of the Household of Faith
How did the church in the book of Acts organize itself? If we are honest we have to admit that we do not really know. But we can say for certain that it was not a denomination, nor a network, nor a fellowship structured in a pyramid format; they did not rely on business schemes to make their church grow and certainly did not follow a strict code of church growth to build the biggest church in their respective cities!

Visit of South Africans to UK - June 21st to 29th

Ministry in London and Birmingham

As a prequel to the Scottish Reform Conference we welcomed a group of 10 people from the Harvester Church in Cape Town. This is the first time in many years that such a team has travelled to minister in Europe. Those who came were the members of the worship band, and leaders of the dance.

Aje and Chantal Pelser arrived first with their two children, Cherie (8) and Ethan (6). We were happy as a family that they had chosen to stay with us. It meant a bit of shuffling around but from the moment they arrived we felt family had come to stay. Ethan couldn’t believe that he had a choice of two Play Stations to choose from!

Sunday they went to minister in London at Greater Life Church in Walton-on-Thames led by Paul Van Essen, one of the most welcoming churches I have ever been in. Reports back were good and they enjoyed an Aussie style barbeque after the service before driving to Huntingdon to visit friends overnight.

 22 June 2008, 10 AM

Hilton was playing a hockey and rugby tournament in Durban. There were floods in Durban at that time. Cars, buses, houses and things were taken into the floods. On the day that we left for Durban, we flew and a lot of boys from Cape Town of different schools, went to the tournament. When we came in to Durban there was a torrential downpour and hurricane strong winds and as we just about got onto the tarmac the plane couldn't land so we took off again, because the water was flooding the runway. We flew back to Johannesburg, waited there on the runway for an hour, we flew back to Durban trying to land again, but this time it was harder, we took off again and flew back to Johannesburg. We got off at the airport in Johannesburg and 6-8 planes that wanted to land at Durban and couldn't. One plane tried, but crashed. Johannesburg airport was flooded with people. It was chaos. In a situation like that you need clear instructions. There are some people who cooperate very well and wait for instructions and then you have the usual group who like to complain about everything. We waited there and eventually they cleared the runway we went to Durban again. Some people stayed behind in Johannesburg. When we got to Durban it was pouring. Nola started praying for the boys, those who stayed behind and those who came with the chartered planes. As Nola was praying in the car I remembered something.

Jesus said that you are worth more than two sparrows. If your heavenly Father can take care of two sparrows, how much more will He take care of you? Oh you of little faith. You are worth more than two sparrows. He didn't say you are worth more than one sparrow, because sparrows was so little worth, that they had to be sold two by two in the market place. How much more will your heavenly Father clothe you? The Lord wants you to have self-worth without going overboard. All these self motivational courses is from the devil, because Jesus says that you must crucify self. But He wants you to have self-worth. We need to find apostolic perspective on this, because God resists the proud but He gives grace to the humble. The proud resists God.

Prophecy

1 June 2008, 10 AM- Prophet Nola
Jesus, when He was at the Passover, the feast that He had with His disciples... He was sitting and they thought it was just a meal. But Jesus knew exactly what was afoot and what was ahead. There was a place in the meal where Jesus started feeling troubled, because He knew what was going on and what was going to happen. Just picture Jesus with His disciples around the table having a feast. When you eat you are very relaxed. And then Jesus did something, He puts an apron on and while He was sitting and eating He begins to explain and begins to reveal things that are underlined in the group. He says that "when I wash your feet, it means that you are already clean because you have washed." If you bath, you are clean. So I only need to wash your feet. He was explaining to them and wanted them to do the same. But then He said something, "but there is one that is not pure among you."And all of a sudden the atmosphere started changing.  Because Jesus said something and it was like He is changing the atmosphere. The disciples began to marvel whether it is true or not.

Gen 26:1-4
There is a reason why God appeared to Isaac and there is a reason why He told him not to go down to Egypt: It is time for people to trust in God, rather than to rely upon what they see or what they have. The time is coming that those things will fail.

God's Genius by Apostle André Pelser

What is Apostolic Reformational Theology?
This book offers a breakthrough in thought patterns for any serious seeker. It provides principles and guidelines for those who desire change. The author describes innovative ways to reform in life, ministry and business, and challenges Church and Christianity to new perspectives for reform.

Thought for the day

If we make seeking Christ the most pre-eminent thing in our lives. He will take care of so many things we think we have to take care of.

-- Apostle Andre Pelser
